TRADE TERMS

1. Freight
Enjoy free shipping. Shipping is free for all countries on purchases over DKK 499.

2. Delivery time
The delivery time is 2-3 working days. No responsibility is assumed for out-of-stock products. If only part of your order is in stock, we will ship what is available and inform you directly.

Note regarding international customs duties

Local import duties may apply and must be paid in your own country. We will not label shipments as "gifts" to avoid import duties illegally.

Transport damage
If a package arrives damaged, please report it immediately on site. If you have already opened the package and discover damage, please contact us.

3. Returns and exchanges
To return items, follow these steps:

  • Fill out the "RMA slip" that was included with your items
  • Enclose the RMA slip with your returned items
  • Send your returned goods to:

Customers have 14 days to return the product from the time of payment, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. When exchanging or returning, you must pay for the return shipping.

In the event of a quality complaint due to damaged or defective products, we will refund what you paid, including shipping costs. We comply with Swedish law regarding returns and any disputes must be settled according to Swedish law.

Return the goods in the same packaging in which you received them, place a return label over the old label and send the package with a given supplier. Please note that you, as a customer, are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so it is important to keep track of the tracking number.

In the event of a return, we will refund your payment. Any payment costs in connection with the purchase will not be refunded. Refunds will be paid directly to your bank account as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in original condition. For sale or discount items, only exchanges are accepted, no refunds.

4. Complaints
Customers have the right to complain and return a product if it is damaged or if the wrong product has been delivered by us. A defect caused by normal use does not justify quality complaints. We do not accept quality complaints on products purchased more than 1 year ago. Please contact us at info@sleekatelier.com and explain the reason for the complaint. Please attach photos of the defective product; it makes it easier to assess the complaint. A return due to incorrect model or color is only accepted within 14 days of your purchase. Once we have received and approved the complaint, we will do the following:

  • If the product can be repaired, we will repair it and return it to you. We will pay for the shipping cost.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a new product and pay for the shipping.
  • If the product cannot be repaired and is out of stock, we will refund you for the product and for documented necessary return costs.

5. General information

  • For all orders placed by persons under the age of 18, parental authority is required.
  • All products remain the property of SLEEK atelier until full payment is received.
  • For sale items only exchanges are accepted, no refunds.
  • Due to the digital format of photographs, we cannot guarantee that the images accurately reflect the product in full detail.
  • Any form of fraud or fraud will be reported to the police.
  • All prices include 25% Swedish VAT.
  • Local import duties may apply and must be paid in your own country.
  • We accept no responsibility for any typographical errors on the site.

6. Personal data
According to Swedish law, we are obliged to ask for your consent when we process your personal information. All personal information provided directly or through our website will be handled responsibly by SLEEK atelier. The information will be used to enable our business responsibilities towards you and for marketing purposes. SLEEK atelier will not pass on your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission. If the personal information is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request a correction or deletion.

7. Force majeure
If SLEEK atelier fails to comply with the agreement due to unusual or adverse circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, riots, war or natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic activity and other similar circumstances, SLEEK atelier cannot be held responsible.
